Social distancing can make you lonely. Here's how to stay connected when you're in lockdown Humans are innately social, so periods of enforced quarantine or isolation will be a challenge. But there are some things we can do to ensure being isolated doesn't translate to feeling lonely.
I regret to inform you that with recent developments on the Covid-19 pandemic and with the strong recommendation of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
I’m suspending all massage therapy treatments until further notice.
As regulated healthcare professionals Public Safety is our number one concern.
Let’s all stay safe and keep our social distance.
Remember you may be healthy and strong but not everyone is that lucky. Some people have parents or other loved ones that are immune compromised, others may be young and look healthy on the outside and have conditions that aren’t visible ie; heart conditions, asthma/lung conditions, autoimmune conditions, etc.
Be kind and stay healthy.
Let’s flatten that curve so we can get back to our lives as soon as possible.
