Mosaic Yoga

Our Karma class are back on the schedule and that means we have our first organization spotlight of the month! For April, Working Women Community Centre will be recieving all karma class donations. They support women and their families by opening pathways to self-development and community action that enrich their quality of life.

Join us on Thursdays at 6pm at Sterling with our NEW 200 hour yoga teacher training grads to show you what they have learned over the last 6 months. Classes are accessible to all ranging from donations of $5 to $30 with everything going to the Working Women Community Centre.
