📷 HOW TO: FLOATING CAMEL
🐫 ↔️ on 🌟
How to:
▫️Kneeling on the ground, sit on your heels
▫️Place your hands on the balls of your feet; wrapping hands around the feet
▫️Tilt back, putting weight into your hands
▫️Gently push the head back as you lean further backward, lift you hips and knees slightly off the mat
▫️With the help of your quads, slowly raise your knees & hips higher still, open up your chest and come into floating camel
BENEFITS
▫️Stretches chest, hip flexor and ankles
▫️Strengthens wrists, ankles, arms and shoulders, back & legs, glutes
COMMON MISTAKES
▫️Not pressing weight into hands
▫️Splayed knees
▫️Core not engaged
▫️Hips not lifted
▫️Pelvis pushing too far forward
