Family Yoga is Back!

We know you have been missing it and we have too! Family Yoga is popping up this Sunday August 20th at 4:30PM so don’t miss it!

This 45 minute practice is best suited for parents and children ages 1.5 - 5. Together we will play games, sing songs, use our imaginations, and build the foundations of a life-long yoga practice with your toddler or preschooler.
