September is World Alzheimer’s Month! At Cogniciti, we strive to tackle causes of dementia, such as Alzheimer’s disease, at a global level by improving access to cognitive screening for all individuals between the ages of 20 to 94 years.
Cogniciti’s free, scientifically validated, and evidence-based Brain Health Assessment evaluates cognition in 15-20 minutes on a desktop/laptop computer.
To help individuals identify practical solutions to improve their brain health, Cogniciti’s Smart Tracker Tool offers an evaluation of individual lifestyle choices and provides recommendations to improve brain health and overall wellness in 4 minutes. Lifestyle factors focus on diet, exercise, sleep, and social connections.

🤝 Community Connections for Brain Health in Action!
Over the last two weeks, Cogniciti partnered with two local organizations, Circle of Care and Davenport Perth Neighbourhood & Community Health Centre, to host Brain Health Workshops that brought together older adults eager to learn more about their memory and brain health.
💻During the workshops, participants completed Cogniciti's free Brain Health Assessment, a scientifically validated, self administered, online tool that offers valuable insights into their memory and cognition.
Through insightful one-on-one discussions and valuable materials such as our Brain Health Booklet, Cogniciti continues to engage older adults in conversations about their brain health and evidence based strategies they can implement to reduce their dementia risk .
🧠 A big thank you to The Slaight Family Foundation for their support in allowing workshops like these to take place in community centres across the GTA and Golden Horseshoe!

Yesterday, Cogniciti hosted a Brain Health Workshop with the Malvern Family Resource Centre in Scarborough, promoting healthier brains, strong minds, and better life outcomes for older adults aged 55+. The community members part-took in Cogniciti’s free, scientifically validated, and evidence-based Brain Health Assessment to evaluate their cognition and learned how to track their brain health progress with Cogniciti’s Smart Tracker Tool.
The workshop also educated community members on how to maintain and improve their brain health to reduce their risk of developing dementia with lifestyle changes in diet, exercise, sleep, and social connection.
We are grateful to The Slaight Family Foundation for the opportunity to work with communities all across the GTA and Golden Horseshoe area to promote Cogniciti’s vision of creating a world where every older adult enjoys a life of purpose, inspiration and fulfillment.
