🚨Class Alert: and I have teamed up with and will be teaching some mobility classes!
Mobility is different than flexibility. It is how well you can actively control a joints range of motion (i.e how well you can control the flexibility you have). Mobility training not only allows you to move better, but can help prevent injury as well!
