Flowers bloom at their own pace, and so do you.
We also just passed Easter, a time that carries a message of renewal, and sometimes, that renewal starts quietly.

Even though we have given labels to months, the fact of the matter is, self harm awareness should be all year-long. Let’s keep sharing this message even though it is April.

Sometimes the people who seem “okay” are the ones carrying the most quietly. Not everything is visible, and not everyone knows how to ask for help.

A simple check-in, a message, or even just letting someone know you’re there…
it can mean more than you think.

Let’s be more mindful.
Let’s be more present for each other.

Wishing you a blessed and peaceful Ramadan 🌙

This sacred month reminds us to lead with compassion, care for one another, and extend support beyond our own communities.

This Ramadan, Savyn is partnering with Spark Gaza to bring vital mental wellbeing support and essential resources to families in Gaza. Through this collaboration, we aim to deliver accessible, trauma-informed wellness services and tools to those facing unimaginable hardship.

Stay tuned this month to learn how you can be part of this meaningful initiative and help bring relief, hope, and healing to those who need it most.

We are beyond grateful to be beginning a new collaboration with Spark Gaza and Heyam as we start training to bring Savyn’s trauma-informed platform to people in Gaza.

This work is being done independently — with no external funding — driven purely by commitment to care, dignity, and access to mental health support where it is needed most.

If you are interested in supporting this effort or contributing in any way, we’d love to hear from you.
