😠How many of you can relate!?
STRESS is ever good for the body so here are 4 things we can try to reduce stress!
1. Get enough sleep - try to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night, I know you're up late scrolling through TikTok 👀
2. Take control of stressors - identify stressors in your life and take proactive steps to manage them.
3. Practice relaxation techniques - such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga.
4. Talk to someone - confiding in a friend, family member, or even a therapist if it becomes too much to handle.
Goal = STRESS FREE LIFE 🎊 (as much as possible, because we know a feeling stressed is inevitable)
