Want to spice up your evening routine? Here's how we made this yummy Chamomile Lavender Latte, with a special twist🍄☕
Ingredients:
- 12-16 ounces milk of choice, heated
- two chamomile tea bags or 1tbsp dried chamomile flowers
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- 2-4 droppers of Calm
Directions:
1. Pour hot milk into a glass
2. Add the chamomile and lavender to a tea infuser ball and then into the hot milk. Let steep for 5-8 minutes, and then remove the infuser ball
3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup and add droppers of Calm
4. Stir to combine and enjoy!
