What does a Recovery Agency like us do?
We are probably the only intermediary agency with clients on both sides of the divide. Our process starts with a client (one who is owed). It maybe a private individual, a company, an institution who approach us for debt recovery services. The initial contact maybe orchestrated by us through our marketing initiatives, or by the client after hearing about us.
Then an initial meeting is made where services are discussed in depth and collection fees are revealed. The value to be collected is also made known as collection fees maybe depended on the amount to be collected. An agreement is made and signed and we take over all the headaches associated with recovering money from non paying third party clients. From this point, the client (from whom recovery is to be made) cannot have any link with the client (who is owed) accept for cases where the figure is in dispute.
We disburse recovered monies to the client through a prearranged process.
As a footnote... we are among the service sections which are the most hated. This has been becoz of the stereo-type surrounding this service section where thuggery and intimidations were and are still used as a recovery technic.
We are challenging the status core at Webb & Partners. We are making changes in perception and setting a new frontier that brings dignity, mutual respect and a desire to work together again to both our clients ( one who owes and one who is owed) after collection has been made. We are a powerful, peaceful and thoughful broker but the very bottom line of all our work is: WE COLLECT, WE RECOVER, and we dont care how high the debtor is placed or how deeply under they are. After all our conciliation effort we still have the hutchet to punish those who do not appreciate good business: WE LITIGATE, AND WE BLACKLIST.
