Tenerife, one of our old boys competing and representing Zimbabwe in the Eventing CIC1* held at Arlington on the weekend. Well done to Nicole for doing such a super job with him.

Racing today and the feature race is the Breeders Champion Cup over 2000m where the stable is represented by 4 runners. Derreck David and Denicious Smith have made the trip up from SA to ride for us. 12 runners stepping out for the stable and the first race is off at 13.35. Runners are as follows: Race 1 ~ Cherry Brook, Hunyani, Second Guessing, Zami Nami Na. Race 3 ~ Casey's Dance. Race 4 ~ Nefarious. Race 5 ~ Detective Casey. Race 6 ~ BREEDERS CUP ~ Menacing, Forty One, Killa Man, Demitasse. Race 7 ~ Heavenly Girl.

Our 3 winners on the 10th January. First timer Rocky Road for Sunmark Syndicate. Century Ice for Flo Makwabarara. Mica Point winning the Guineas Trial for Tommy Miller and Rosie Dorward. Denicious Smith bought all 3 home for the stable. Congratulations to everyone involved.

Racing tomorrow, Saturday 10th January. We have got 10 races on the card with the two feature races being the Guineas Trial and the Hachiman Sprint. Denicious Smith is making the trip up from SA for the yard. The stable has 14 runners stepping out tomorrow. Runners are as follows: Race 1: 12.05 - Rocky Road, Zami Nami Na. Race 7: 15.40 - Menacing, Butler Yeats. Race 8: 16.15 - Flintstone. Race 9: 16.50 - HACHIMAN SPRINT - Alula Borealis, Count The Music. Race 10: 17.30 - Maturin.

Racing tomorrow has been cancelled. The course is too wet and heavy. Next meeting on the 11th January.
