The Residential Buildings Insurance (Domestic Amour)- The premiums are calculated from the value of the house; the premium rate is 0.15% of the market value. The minimum annual premium is USD 120.00. The client can add house contents and they will be quoted separately. Premiums on this package attract a stamp duty of 5% of the total premium.
