| Say No to Xenophobia
The recent incidents of xenophobia in are a stark reminder that hatred and intolerance have no place in our communities. Violence against migrants and foreign nationals violates the principles of human rights and undermines the vision of a united and peaceful Africa.

The envisions "An integrated, prosperous and peaceful Africa" through , founded on unity, solidarity and respect for human dignity. Likewise, international human rights law, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights, affirms that all people are born free and equal in dignity and rights and are entitled to protection without discrimination.

As ZimRights, we call on governments, communities and individuals to reject in all its forms. Let us choose dialogue over division, solidarity over hatred and humanity over fear.

🌿WELCOME, JULY🌿 As we begin July, let us reflect on the recent incidents of xenophobia in South Africa and reaffirm our shared commitment to human dignity. No one should be threatened, discriminated against or attacked because of their nationality or place of origin.

Our shared humanity is stronger than our differences. By embracing diversity, promoting peaceful coexistence and standing up for the rights of all people, we help build safer, more inclusive communities across our region.

Together, we can build a future where every person is treated with dignity, respect and compassion.
