A. Basically servicing entails the following; » General cleaning of the entire unit » Cleaning the air filters and condenser coils » Checking gas pressure and refill, electrics, thermostats, fans, bearings etc » Clean existing air filter (as needed)

Q. WHEN CAN I GET I MY AIR CONDITIONER SERVICED?
A. This is dependent on where the unit is and how often it is used.
E.g. For units like servers in computer room which run continuously we recommend they are serviced at least once every 2 months.
For office and domestic air conditioning units we highly recommend they be serviced once every 3 months to avoid unnecessary internal leaks and breakdowns.
Q. CAN I USE THE SAME UNIT FOR HEATING IN WINTER?
A. Yes our units have a four way valve which reverses the process i.e heating indoors during winter.
