On 28 November 2025, at Mpala Boutique Hotel in Bulawayo, we hosted our last AI workshop for Marketing professionals and entrepreneurs for the year 2025. The workshop theme was AI Mastery: From Generative → Predictive → Agentic AI.
Very quickly, the discussion moved beyond tools, prompts and platforms, turning into a conversation that felt timely, necessary and refreshingly honest.

What stood out most wasn’t what AI can do —
But rather who is actually responsible for making it work inside organisations.

The room was intentionally diverse:
From Gen Z interns, marketers, entrepreneurs, ICT experts, CEOs and directors and senior management — all in one space, engaging the same question from very different vantage points.

And that question kept coming back in different forms:
If leadership approves AI but doesn’t understand it, does adoption really happen?
If teams experiment with AI but lack strategic direction, does it scale?
If everyone is “responsible”, is anyone actually accountable?

One of the key takeaways was this:
AI adoption is not a technology problem. It’s a leadership and operating model problem.

The journey from generative to predictive to agentic systems is not just technical — it’s organisational, cultural and deeply human.
