His Royal Highness Mwanta Nyamwana of the Lunda people of Ikeleng'i District, North Western Province- Zambia.
He was born of the Israeli Parents who settled in the Mwinilunga District, Zambia's largest producer of pineapples. After the passing away of His parents, tragedy fell upon the Young Peter Fisher making the then seating Chief Nyamwana moved with Compassion and Proudly adopted him as his son.
Later after the Passing away of senior Chief Nyamwana, Peter Fisher (His Royal Highness) was crowned as the Chief of the Lunda People as the senior Chief never had any son to Succeed him.
His Royal Highness has become so much attached with the norms and customs of the Lunda People such that he even speaks more Lunda than English
