TRUCK DRIVERS JOB VACANCY - NDOLA, ZAMBIA.
Access Logistic (Zambia) Ltd wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified
individuals wishing to join the team as cross border truck drivers.
Job Purpose:
Operate a truck and trailer to deliver cargo to company contracted sites and clients while complying with all safe work practices, policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver goods while operating a truck and trailer over intercity routes or spanning several countries
Load, handle and transport materials and heavy cargo safely
Complete and verify paper work of the assigned cargo
Deliver load with good attention to customer service and safety
Adhere to laws on commercial vehicles and all state (SADC) traffic laws
Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum of Grade 9 School Certificate
Must have minimum 10 years’ experience as a cross border driver.
Valid PSV drivers licence
Must have valid Dangerous Goods and Defensive Driving Certificates (ENAC)
Should have valid medical certificate from a Zambian Registered Medical Practitioner
Clean driving record
Able to pass random drug tests

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICICER JOB VACANCY - NDOLA, ZAMBIA.
Access Logistic (Zambia) Ltd wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified individuals wishing to join the team as HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS.

Responsibilities:-

-Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

-Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

-Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job
descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

-Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

-Develop training and development programs.

-Assist in performance management processes.

-Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

-Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Requirements and skills

-Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position

-Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

-Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

-Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

-Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

-Strong ethics and reliability

-BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus

-HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
