Job Title: Accountant
Company Overview
ECCENTRIC ENGINEERING LTD is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and handling payroll matters.

Key Responsibilities
1.⁠ ⁠Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
2.⁠ ⁠Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
3.⁠ ⁠Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations.
4.⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
5.⁠ ⁠Prepare and file tax returns, and manage audits.
6.⁠ ⁠Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and payments.
7.⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate and timely payment of staff salaries and benefits.
8.⁠ ⁠Maintain employee records and update payroll systems.
9. Able to do Management and financial Accounts.
10. Follow purchases and able to control invertory.

Requirements
1.⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
2.⁠ ⁠Professional certification (e.g., ZICA).
3.⁠ ⁠Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
4.⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
5.⁠ ⁠Experience with payroll processing and management.
6.⁠ ⁠Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
