Subject: Official Statement Regarding Unauthorized Use of Image and Defamatory Activity

Dear Colleagues, Supporters, and Residents of Kafue Constituency,

It has come to my attention that a known individual has been unlawfully posting my photographs in a certain group, falsely linking me to identity and activities not my own. I wish to state categorically that I have no knowledge of or association with this person or the alleged actions.

Such malicious and defamatory conduct is unacceptable. Therefore, we have taken immediate and decisive legal action:

1. The matter has been formally reported to the police.
2. Our legal counsel has been instructed to initiate civil proceedings against the individual responsible. They will be held accountable in a court of law.

Let me be unequivocal: these cowardly acts will not deter us. Our resolve is unshaken, and our vision for Kafue is solid. We remain steadfastly focused on the work ahead and are more determined than ever to fix the challenges facing Kafue Constituency.

We are coming, and we will fix Kafue in 2026.
