This is a 2003 Toyota Corolla,
My Dad Bought it Brand New from Globe Motors Ltd,
As my Mum's 40th Birthday Present in February 2004.

It Cost N3.5m at the Time,
It was Big Money then,
It's Still a Huge Amount now Despite the Economic Depression.

As at the Time,
It was a Big Vehicle as well as Very Rare,
According to Globe Motors; an Accredited Toyota Dealer ;
This was One of the First 100 in Country at the Time,
It was Part of the First Consignment from Toyota.

My Mum was One of the First People to Own & Drive it,
Asides Senior Corporate Executives.

It was a Cynosure Everywhere at the Time,
From Church, School, Market & Even in Traffic.

But 20 years After,
Look at its State,
No One will Buy this Particular One Right now.

This is to Tell you that Nothing Lasts Forever,
No Material thing Should Pressure you.

There were Some People who didn't have Cars then But are Still alive Today,
They Didn't Die for not Owning One,

There are also People who Couldn't Afford One at the Time,
But have More Expensive Automobiles Now,

Everything in Life is Transient &
No Condition is Permanent.

Live your Days as they Come,
Even While Trying to be Better,
Don't Kill Yourself.
