Job Title: Workshop Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Assist workshop manager and technicians in day-to-day operations, including preparing materials, tools, and equipment for projects.
• Support with the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of machinery and equipment under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Organize and maintain inventory of workshop supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Clean and maintain workshop facilities, including work areas, tools, and machinery, to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
• Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and sanding materials as needed.
• Help with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment for projects, following safety protocols.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency in all tasks.
• Assist in documenting project progress, including recording measurements and taking photographs as required.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a workshop or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of tools and machinery commonly used in workshop settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
