The 2025 edition of Mental Health Awareness Month, themed “Community – Stronger Together”, is a nationwide initiative designed to promote open conversations on mental health, reduce stigma, and improve access to services for individuals, families, and workplaces.
With community at the heart of this year’s campaign, activities will take place across Zambia in malls, schools, libraries, youth hubs, and provincial centers.
