This is serious and yet we see other people laughing at the mention of “Mental health “ Because all that comes to mind is someone “going mad”. When we have depression, Anxiety disorder etc. people are going through a lot and triggers financial difficulties, relationships, alcohol abuse etc so let our stand point be that if support towards one another. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
