It’s Good Deeds Day💕💕

Doing good doesn't have to be a grand gesture – it's the small, everyday acts that add up 🌊. It's buying water for a construction worker on a scorching day, helping an elderly neighbor tidy up, or sharing a warm meal with someone struggling to make ends meet. It's a listening ear, a kind word, or a helping hand. It's sharing skills, like teaching a kid to read or write, or empowering a community with info and ideas.

Doing good is volunteering at a local shelter, donating to a cause you care about, or simply being present for someone who needs company. It's the intention to uplift, support, and make a difference – no matter how small 😊.

WATER FOR ALL, CHIRUNDU SEES HOPE IN SOLAR-POWERED SYSTEMS.

Zango was part of the Handover ceremony of a 10,000 liters water reticulation solar system to the community.

During the ceremony Chirundu town council Chairperson Nevers Muchindu noted that many residents of Chirundu District have faced serious challenges in accessing water, with women and girls disproportionately affected. However, through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), progress is being made in upgrading traditional hand pump boreholes to solar-powered water systems, bringing safe drinking water closer to communities.

Mr Muchindu said the upgraded water systems are not just structures; they are a symbol of hope, progress and development. By reducing the long distances women, men and girls walk to access water and that the Council is restoring dignity to the people and improving health, education, and economic empowerment.
