What Professional advise would you give to Institutions/Organisations/individuals that are planning to undertake Opinion Polls for 13th August, 2026 General Elections?

Waste management is not a static engineering problem; it is a dynamic human problem. An accurate understanding of population growth, density, and shifting demographics is the baseline data needed to design any sustainable, proper garbage disposal system. Having said that, Lusaka needs a Mayor to deal with the mountains of garbage and poor waste management practices in the city.

Sindwa Kanyimba, a former pupil of Kalonga Secondary School in Kabwe, the Best Graduating Student in Demography at the University of Zambia for the Class of 2026.

He is a dedicated, hardworking, and ambitious young professional with strong interests in research, data analysis, gender issues, and sexual and reproductive health. His passion lies in applying evidence-based approaches to address social challenges and contribute to sustainable national development.

Sindwa aspires to pursue further studies in Demography and contribute to impactful research, policy development, and population programmes that will help shape Zambia’s future.
