Order marinated chickens from our sister company today.

Here are some free tips on preparation and the same steps apply for all 3 flavours.
Defrost your chicken and ensure you do not discard the marinade that’ll be left over in your plastic.
Cut your chicken in half to reduce cooking time. Either heat up your oven to 250 degrees Celsius or fire up your bbq stand.
Place your leftover marinade into a saucepan with a nice chunk of butter and heat. This is not only to incorporate the butter but also to kill any salmonella as we’ll be using this as a dip later.
Make sure to keep basting your chicken continuously.

When your chicken is ready (approximately 1.5hrs later), serve with a side of your choice but we recommend our favourite; loaded mash. For the dips we have the leftover marinade that we heated with butter and used for basting as well as a homemade garlic aioli.
