Your Lover In All Things Nice

The ambience is relaxing and tranquil. Great thought and detail was put into the entire design of this hotel. You must be dying to read about dinner. I ordered the lamb neck curry with herbed rice. The portions
are humongous. I paired this with Leopards Leap Unwooded Chardonnay. Ideally Lamb should be paired with a rich red wine, however a fine Chardonnay is acceptable.

My date ordered the butter chicken curry and herbed rice with lentil toppings, which was far superior in taste and preparation, as compared to mine. They paired this with Buiterverwachting Buiten Blanc. Thank God they were kind enough to share their plate with me, which allowed me to switch camps.

For dinner we shared my favourite all time dessert,
cheesecake. We were presented with a baked Nutella and berry cheesecake paired with cappuccino. It was heavenly and I greedily mouthed through each bite.

The past two weeks we have been running a plseries, "Hygiene in the Kitchen" on What's Cooking Show at Millenium Radio.

it's brewing)

An absolutely pleasant afternoon with a relaxing ambience and great company.
