Yawn and Learn: A Fascinating Science Behind Yawning
Did you know that yawning is far more than just a sign of boredom?
BRAIN COOLING ðŸ§
The brain gets heated up quite a number of times due to multiple reasons like high temperatures, stress, migraines and anxiety. These factors increase body's internal core temperature. The yawning mechanism acts like a temporary cooling system for the brain. Just like a car or phone battery gets heated up once in a while, it's functional capacity either reduces or stops altogether to prevent worse outcomes like bursting due to continuously increased temperature. Just like that mechanism, so it is with our brains when they become heated up. When our brains become too overheated constantly, accidents can happen in the brain leading to hemorrhage or bleeding of small blood vessels, therefore leading to stroke.
One of the constantly worrying factors is the increased stress levels we encounter, luckily for us something as simple as a yawn slows down the process of our brains 'exploding' due to excessive intolerable heat and brain exhaustion.
So if you're stressed, and yawn, remember to find time to take a break, relax your mind through naps, sleep or other relaxing activities. You need it for proper functioning, so treat it right!

The feelings of heart burn and heart attack are among one of the most misunderstood presentations in the medical field. But once you understand the symptoms, it becomes much easier to respond promptly and not to have to suffer consequences of unchecked problems that end up getting worse over time.
If you've ever experienced a heart burn or something like it, feel free to share what symptoms you might have had and how you felt in the comments section, along with any questions or thoughts you may have.
