Employee of the Month at 🤩

We’re proud to recognise and celebrate our Employees of the Month for April. A well-deserved congratulations to Rachael Fwambo & Trust Chambisha.

Racheal has proven herself to be a true team player, consistently showing genuine care for both guests and colleagues. Her warm, charming personality creates a welcoming atmosphere, and she goes the extra mile by communicating with guests before arrival to ensure a seamless experience. Many returning guests request for her by name at check-in. Racheal is highly dependable for efficiently resolving problems independently.

We also celebrate Trust. He has shown significant growth in his skills as a chef over the past few months and continues to develop impressively. Most notably, he has consistently played an important role in meeting the standards for our breakfast and conferencing dishes. He has taken on these responsibilities with maturity, dedication, and a positive attitude, handling the demands of the role with very little complaint.

Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence continue to elevate the experience we offer our members and guests.
