This mushroom, like most, have very beneficial medical values (immune booster, regeneration of white blood cells and fights off bad microbes)

Has a long shelve life and can be use fresh or dry. They have a very strong woody flavour and compliments most dishes.

The most cultivated mushroom in the world. It has been around for nearly 1000 years and was first cultivated by Japan and China.
