Are you a motivated, tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer service? GOPES Media is looking for two (2) Client Service Interns to join our team in Luanshya. This internship is a great opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in digital customer service and retail support.

Responsibilities:

1. Attend to walk-in clients at our physical store
2. Support and respond to online customers via our e-commerce platforms
3. Handle basic printing and stationery-related client requests
4. Assist with daily client queries, orders, and transactions
5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service

Requirements:

1. Basic computing skills (Microsoft Office, email, online platforms)
2. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Familiarity with printing services and stationery products is an advantage
5. Passion for customer care and willingness to learn
