Lusaka Animal Welfare Society are dedicated to providing shelter, food and safety to the many strays, abandoned and mistreated animals in Lusaka.
Their free mobile clinics have vaccinated, spay or neutered, and treated over 5,000 animals that would not have had any medical treatment at all.
Their hard work to educate the public has reached out to the surrounding compounds and more people are seeking treatment for their sick or injured animals. The Wild Ride is proud to be donating £800 to LAWS!

The Zambezi Working Donkey Project is a small charity with a simple goal: to improve the lives of working donkeys in Zambia. This is a lot easier said than done but none the less, the hard-working team at the Zambezi Working Donkey project have helped improve the lives of countless donkeys since the projects inception in 2019.
Through public education, rescue and rehabilitation and providing owners with suitable harnesses and carts the Zambezi Working Donkey project hopes to make a lasting and far reaching change in the way working donkeys are viewed and treated in Zambia.
The Wild Ride has raised £800 for the Zambezi Working Donkey Project!

Zambezi Working Donkey Project We are working to relieve the suffering and promote the welfare of working donkeys and other equines in Zambia providing vetinary treatment, care and rescue & rehabilitation for these animals along with outreach programs to further education of their care, management and wellbeing.
