Writing on her page, she said: “I was given this adoption certificate 2 days ago.”

Meanwhile, vlogger Chitambala Mwewa also collected an official adoption certificate yesterday to stand as mayor under UPND.

This means that two people are currently in possession of official adoption certificates for the same position.
