The Heart of a Teacher – Mrs. Charity Kaila
At Dew-Tal Tuition Center, one name continues to shine through dedication, compassion, and service — Mrs. Charity Kaila.
Her journey into teaching was not something many would have expected. She was trained in a completely different field, far from the classroom. But God had a greater plan for her life.
When the vision for Dew-Tal Tuition Center began, there was a need for someone who could help tutor the students. I shared this concern with her husband and asked him to help find someone willing to teach the children. After about a week, he came back and said he had spoken to his wife, Mrs. Charity Kaila.
What began as a simple conversation became a divine assignment.
Though she was not professionally trained as a teacher, God shifted her heart toward education and service. She accepted the opportunity with humility and love, and from that moment, many lives began to change.
Mrs. Charity has become more than just a tutor at Dew-Tal Tuition Center. She has become a source of hope and encouragement to many students who once believed they could never succeed. Some came with fear, low confidence, and poor results, convinced they would never pass their exams. But through her patience, commitment, and constant encouragement, many of those students began to believe in themselves again.
Today, there are testimonies of improved performance, restored confidence, and students who now dream bigger because someone believed in them.
She teaches with dedication, corrects with love, and encourages every child to keep pushing forward no matter their background or struggles. Her work is not only academic — it is transformational.
We believe that God sees every sacrifice made for the sake of these children. The long hours, the patience, the prayers, and the love poured into every lesson are not in vain.
May the Lord richly reward Mrs. Charity Kaila for her faithful service.

At Saturday Children’s Church, all the children were given a memory verse — 2 Timothy 2:16. Among them was a little girl who could not read and had no one to help her study at home. But she carried something special in her heart: a desire to know the Word of God.

Earlier, I had given her big brother a small blue Gideon Bible. She took it as if she was reading it. No teacher sat beside her. No one coached her word by word. Yet by the power of the Holy Spirit, she memorized the scripture beautifully.

This little girl reminded us that God’s Word is alive and powerful. Sometimes the greatest lessons do not happen in big classrooms, but in small hearts that are hungry for God.
We give glory to God.

At Dew-Tal Foundation, we are witnessing children grow not only in knowledge, but also in faith. Truly, the Holy Spirit is teaching and raising a generation that loves the Word of God.

In this simple room along Makululu Road 6, Kabwe, something powerful is happening.
Children who were once called slow learners are discovering that they are capable, intelligent, and full of potential.
This is a free tuition center—a place of hope for vulnerable children who need patience, understanding, and a second chance to learn at their own pace. With notebooks in their hands and determination in their hearts, they show up every day, ready to grow.
Here, learning is not rushed.
Mistakes are not mocked.
Every child matters.
Sometimes all it takes is someone to believe in them.
And when that happens, futures begin to change.
