Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters

I am glad I came across this verse early on in my life because the impact it has had in all that I do.
It taught me the art of perfection, to diligently and honestly work to the best of my knowledge even when my bosses were not around.
I wanted when my bosses came they would be proud of the work that I did and sometimes I didn't do it to their standard but they would gently correct me.
This has now helped me to run my business because everyone knows that Mr. Banda will not accept this. They know my standard.
I am a perfectionist, I want when my work is presented somewhere, they should be satisfied with it.
Most people do shoddy works or are playful and others like shortcuts when the boss is not around but we work for the master who sees in secret and is able to expose our works in broad daylight.
