WHY IS IT HARD TO PRAY?
Just as he said to the disciples, He is saying to us, "Watch and pray!" Our spirits desire to obey, but our flesh is weak (Matthew 26:41). Our body always has excuses like tiredness to keep us from prayer! Our flesh will always desire what is opposed to the Spirit, and so, does not desire to pray (Galatians 5:17).
We must open our eyes and stop being casual about our flesh being an obstacle!
