Sessions cover pregnancy, birth, baby care and breastfeeding in a supportive environment guided by experienced healthcare professionals.

Classes take place every second Saturday of the month from 09:00 – 12:00 at Mediclinic Worcester.

On World Prematurity Day, Mediclinic Worcester welcomed some amazing moms and dads, as well as some of our beautiful NICU graduates (including a set of twins!)—all born prematurely within the past year. These little miracles, aged between 3 and 8 months, remind us every day of the strength and resilience that begin at birth. Dr Ruaan Stander, Paediatrician, shared valuable insights on developmental milestones and touched hearts with inspiring stories of premature babies who have overcome incredible odds. It was a day filled with hope, gratitude, and celebration of life.
