The PAIA Annual Report must be submitted to the Information Regulator between 1 April and 30 June of every year. This report details all the requests for access to records that your organisation received and processed during the previous 12-month period.

Key Details & Requirements:
~The Deadline: The portal closes strictly at midnight on 30 June. No extensions are typically granted.
~Who Must Submit: All public bodies and private bodies (including standard companies, Close Corporations, partnerships, and non-profits).
~Mandatory Prerequisites: You cannot submit the report unless your Information Officer, Head of Private Body, and Deputy Information Officers are already registered with the Information Regulator.

~How to Submit:
Register/Update: Ensure your organisation and officials are registered on the official platform.
