Programme Coordinator: Agriculture | Worcester

Are you passionate about training, facilitation, and making a real difference in diverse learning environments? We are looking for a dedicated Programme Coordinator: Agriculture to lead and coordinate theoretical, practical, and workplace components that support meaningful skills development.

This role involves conducting diverse training sessions in-person or virtually, collaborating with SMEs to develop training materials, tailoring training content for diverse audiences, and assessing training effectiveness through feedback and evaluations. You will also design and implement learning initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training needs, and be responsible for monitoring and preparing detailed reports while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

We are seeking a candidate with a Relevant Agricultural Qualification, proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role, and an understanding of adult learning principles & instructional design. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) & virtual training platforms, good administration, interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, a valid Driver’s licence, and willingness to learn South African sign language will be advantageous.
