At The Walk Academy, this Tuesday’s art lesson combined God’s beautiful creation of leaves with primary colours to create an abstract autumn masterpiece. 🍂
We explored colour mixing, experimented with sponging techniques, learnt about negative painting using leaf stencils and used our imaginations to exercise our creative minds. It was a wonderful blend of nature, creativity and hands-on learning!

Our Grade 7 online learners had an unforgettable and slightly smelly adventure at the KwaZulu-Natal Sharks Board this morning! They discovered fascinating facts about sharks and enjoyed some exciting hands-on learning experiences. Exploring shark biology and seeing real specimens up close was something they won’t soon forget.
And of course, they also learned that a shark’s liver is so large and heavy that they needed a gym membership just to lift it!💪🏻
