Are you calm under pressure, a great communicator, and willing to work shifts? We’re looking for a dedicated Call Centre Operator to provide 24/7 support to our clients.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Handle incoming calls and assist clients with queries and emergencies
β€’ Provide support related to vehicle tracking systems and services
β€’ Monitor and respond to alerts and incidents in real time
β€’ Assist technicians and internal teams when required
β€’ Log all calls and maintain accurate records
β€’ Ensure clients receive fast, professional, and reliable assistance
β€’ Work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

πŸ”Ή Requirements:
β€’ Previous call centre or customer service experience
β€’ Excellent verbal communication skills
β€’ Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
β€’ Basic computer skills and attention to detail
β€’ Willingness to work 12 hours shifts
β€’ Experience in tracking/security environment will be an advantage

FFMS Asset Management currently has a position available for a Account Manager based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieving sales targets consistently and effectively.
2. Completing required sales report accurately and on schedule.
3. Escalating customer queries and insuring that they are resolved.
4. Providing timely feedback to customers as and when required.
5. Handling ad hoc requests as reasonably required from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven sales experience.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independent and as part of a team.
4. Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
5. A proactive, solution-driven mindset.
