Algorithmics is an international programming school for children from 5 to 17 years old, which currently has over 250,000 students. In the classroom, we help children take the first step into the IT world, teaching in a playful way and personalizing the approach to each child using a unique methodology and a specially developed online platform.
All Algorithmics employees are different, but we are united by the desire to make students and their parents happier. And we are looking for those people who will share this desire and together with us will make our product even better.
What will need to be done:
- conduct classes using teaching materials and Algorithmics techniques;
- create and maintain an atmosphere of friendly teamwork among students;
- monitor the quality of the educational process;
- accompany children and their parents, provide feedback on learning;
- resolve and prevent conflict situations with parents and children based on company standards
Who are we looking for:
- students and graduates of technical or pedagogical universities (education: technical, economic, mathematical, physical, computer science) who love children and are ready to make programming simple, interesting and fun for them;
- work experience with children is required (tutoring, coaching, counseling, teaching in a group).
-Solid understanding of scratch and python is essential.
-Availability to tutor Mondays to Fridays between 14h00 - 18h30 and Saturdays 09h00 - 13h00 essential.

Kindly note that this is an offline and virtual tutor position and therefore owning a laptop with a we**am and stable internet connection is essential.
