When most companies hear “9 days to build one of Africa’s biggest tourism trade shows,” they see an impossible task. At Expo Solutions, we saw an opportunity to showcase what we do best.

Mapping, planning, designing, constructing, branding, and bringing to life one of the continent’s biggest meeting of meetings? Challenge Accepted. In just over a week, we transformed all seven floors of the Sandton Convention Centre into the 19th edition of the premier African business events trade show - Meetings Africa 2025.

But this monumental achievement isn’t ours alone, for the true story behind this success? Partnership.

The power of the MICE industry revealed itself through unprecedented collaboration. Partners rallied together, demonstrating that when facing seemingly impossible odds, unity becomes our greatest resource.

Together, we created a platform for thousands of visitors, exhibitors, buyers and media representatives to come together under this year’s theme: “Africa’s Success Built on Quality Connections.”

We didn’t just build exhibition spaces — we constructed an environment where valuable networks formed and Africa’s position as a global business events destination strengthened.

To everyone who contributed their expertise, energy, and unwavering service to this project, each other and our beautiful continent: this success belongs to you. Thank you! This achievement truly embodies the core of our philosophy: “Solutions Through Partnerships.”
