We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in structural design and engineering, who is passionate about working on creative and functional retail displays.

Position: Structural Engineer Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop the structural components for POS displays and merchandising units, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to create solutions that align with client specifications and brand guidelines.
Analyse the structural integrity of display units, materials, and components to ensure they can withstand various retail environments.
Use CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks) to create accurate, detailed technical drawings and blueprints for production.
Conduct stress tests and simulations to validate the design and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Review and assess prototypes, providing technical feedback for improvement or adjustment.
Coordinate with manufacturers and fabricators to ensure the design can be implemented effectively.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project management teams to meet client deadlines and expectations.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to improve design processes and product quality.
Ensure that designs meet environmental, sustainability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
Qualifications:

Qualifications - Structural Engineering Designing,
Proven experience as a structural engineer, with experience in retail, merchandising, or display design.
Proficiency in CAD software .
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, material properties, and engineering principles.
Experience with designing for manufacturability, including working with metal, wood, plastics, and other materials.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative solutions for complex challenges.
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
