I was going to cut to 180lb/81kgs but decided itβs a better idea to compete in the 205lb category so itβs easier to bulk for the end of the year so I can cut down for the competition.
So I get asked a bit as to how I stay motivated all year round , Itβs so easy to find motivation when you follow such amazing people who are dedicated to a cause.
Just want to shout those out who donβt stop the grind and continue to impress, no matter how big or small their progress is.

Stiff legged deadlifts: 3 sets of 8 reps
Banded straight bar box squats : 3 sets of 8,8,6
Front squats superset with calf raises : 3 sets of 8 , 20 reps.
