We thank God in year 2025 for everything that we went through the previous year.

Its a Medals Monday, I really appreciate couch Prodigal for his tactics and tips with his programs that are on point.

This year Two Oceans Marathon has been amazing as I had more strength to be able to do a 21km recovery run on Sunday as I felt that the body was strong and being able to be in the Silver category💥💪👌💯.

More work as the year progresses and PBs are expected as we are a work in progress.
