Types of Anxieties....

Anxiety is real.

It doesn’t always look like panic attacks or breaking down sometimes it’s silent, constant, and carried behind a smile. Many people are living with or and still showing up every single day. Let’s normalize talking about mental health without shame.

Let’s create spaces where people feel safe to say, “I’m not okay,” and still be accepted. It’s okay to live with anxiety but it’s also okay to seek help, to grow, and to find peace beyond it. Be kind. Be patient. You never know what someone is carrying.
