Job Summary:
Assist with administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide support to the site team to ensure efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Coordinate and distribute site communications
- Provide administrative support to site staff
- Assist with procurement and inventory management
- Maintain site office organization and tidiness
- Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with reporting and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
