Replace one facia and replace soffit.

Check out the Before & After of a Garage Conversion to Kitchenette and Living Room. Basically what we did was plaster the entire space, painted the walls, tiled the floor, installed a new ceiling & cornish, installed kitchen cupboards and sink with plumbing, redone the entire electric circuit (including a new DB board and lights), removed the garage door motor and installed a new aluminium door with windows.
