Treatment room available to rent for a health care profesional in a medical centre.

The room available is Ideal for Occupational Therapist, speech Therapist or Psychologist.

The Practice is situated on Beach road in Strand with a lovely sea view. The other treatment rooms are used by Physiotherapists and the studio by a Biokineticist. Other practitioners in the building include GP's and a Pharmacy.

Treatment room available from 1 March 2023.

How to do it:

Kneel and place your wrist and forearm on top of a stability ball (or chair). Extend your arm straight and keep your head in a neutral position.
As you keep your back flat and your arms straight, lower your chest toward the floor. Sink into the stretch while you press the backs of your palms into the ball. Hold for 5 seconds.
Remain in the stretched position and release the downward tension on the ball for 5 seconds—work toward sinking deeper into the stretch for an added challenge.
